No data on Public Records tab


If you are on the Agent or Client Full/Flyer display and there is no data on the the Public Records tab, it is likely because the list agent used 999999999 for the parcel ID during listing input.


This is common on:

1) Land listings- because a larger piece of property that is being subdivided may not yet have parcel ID numbers for the new lots.

2) Homes that are under construction or being completely rebuilt/renovated- they will not yet have updated field cards.
