If an agent has entered a New listing with an incorrect List Date, MLS staff can fix it, but only if the agent sends over a copy of the Exclusive Right to List contract showing the date the listing should have been made active.
Even better, upload the listing agreement as a private document (since it is required anyway) and let us know when it is there. Once we can verify the date, we can make the change for you.

We can also change the List Date if the agent has a Withhold From MLS, Coming Soon or Delayed Entry form filled out and uploaded to the listing.
