When an agent joins a team, or two teams merge, we do not change the List Agent ID on listings that closed or were not active prior to when the team was created or joined. SmartMLS policy only allows us to change the List Agent ID (to the team ID) for listings that were currently Active, UC-CTS or Under Contract when the team was created or joined.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
