Address on listing does not match Public Record

Many times, a property that is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) has two different addresses – a tax address and a mailing or physical address. When a property like this is entered on the MLS, either address can be used on the listing.

Once a property is listed, the address can be adjusted (if need be) by pulling up the listing in Add/Edit, going to the Address tab and updating the address fields (remember to click Submit Listing when you're done).

You DO NOT have to cancel and relist the property to make any adjustments to the address.
