CDOM accumulation when multiple units in same building are listed simultaneously

If you already have one Active listing on the MLS and are listing an additional unit(s) within the same parcel simultaneously, the CDOM from the existing listing(s) will be added to any additional unit(s) you list if you are using the same Parcel ID.

There is no way to get around this.

Examples:

You have already listed one unit of a co-op building and are now listing another unit within the same co-op (both units have the same parcel ID); the CDOM from the first listing will be added to that of the new listing.

                                                                                or

You have already listed one unit in a multi-family home and are now listing another unit within that same multi-family home (both units have the same parcel ID); the CDOM from the first listing will be added to that of the new listing.
