Inclusions/Exclusions form

At this time, the SmartMLS does not have a its own Inclusions/Exclusions form. Some offices have created their own version of this form that includes their own company branding.

If your company does not have its own version this form, you can create your own simply by making a list of all items that are included, as well as those items that are not included with the purchase of the property, and have the seller(s) sign it.
