Addresses with numbers in the street name

When an address has a number/numeric in the street name (Third St, Forty Acre Mountain Rd, etc.), the street name field is collected as a number (3rd St, 40 Acre Mountain Rd) rather than spelling out the number. This policy is in effect to accommodate for space limitations in the street name field on the public record report while simultaneously standardizing the street name format across the entire state.

If you are entering a listing for such an address and the correct street name uses the spelled out word rather than the numeric abbreviation, you will most likely get a warning when you go to save the listing that the street name does not match the tax record.  You can just hit Submit Listing to get past the warning and save the address the way it is supposed to be.  The warning will not prevent you from saving the listing.
