Change sales agent on Under Contract-Continue to Show or Under Contract listings

Under Contract-Continue to Show (UC-CTS) listings
If you need to change the sales agent/office information on your Under Contract-Continue to Show listing, you can either wait until you mark it Under Contract and change it on the Change to Under Contract form, or reach out to SmartMLS staff and we can update it for you.  

Theoretically, you could go back into the Change to Under Contract-Continue to Show form and adjust the sales agent information, but that will also reset the Show Date from its original date to the current date.  This would not be great because, at that point, the listing history would no longer accurately reflect the true history of the listing. 

Under Contract (UC) listings
If you have an Under Contract listing where the sales agent/office information needs to be updated, you will not see the Change to Under Contract form in Add/Edit, so you can either wait until the deal closes and make the change from the Change to Closed form, or reach out to the SmartMLS and we can update the information for you.
