Builder/Developer/Architect in Remarks section

List agents may mention the builder, developer or architect of a home by name in the Public Remarks as long as it is not advertising a service. It is permissible to inform people who has built or contributed to the property.  However, the remarks should not recommend the use of a certain builder/developer or architect or their services.
