Market Watch widget

The Market Watch widget on the Matrix home page is essentially a Hotsheet that is broken down into individual sections based on status.

You can configure a different Market Watch for each property type, and then use the time frame drop down list in the bottom right to determine how far back you are searching for new or changed listings.

To configure/customize your Market Watch, first select the property type you want to work with and then click the Customize button at the bottom right of the widget.

That will open up a search screen, allowing you to set your search parameters (price, town, etc.).  Click Save when you have all of your criteria in.

When you log into Matrix, the Market Watch will reflect the property type and time frame that is selected at the bottom of the widget. At any time you may switch to a different property type or change the time frame of your search.
