Browse button (Manage Photos) not working


If you are trying to upload photos to your listing and the Browse button is not working, there is a good chance you are accessing Matrix through an old/out of date web browser.  

This typically happens in older or unsupported versions of web browsers (such as Internet Explorer).

Matrix works much better when you are accessing it through an up-to-date browser.

Either update your current browser (if possible) or try logging into Matrix through another web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
