Your Matrix header is an optional marketing piece that can display at the top of your printouts, emails and in the Portal. By default, the information from your SmartMLS membership record will display in the fields. You have the ability to override/display different information in some of the fields, but only for use within the Matrix header (this will not change your membership record).
Go to My Matrix> My Information to view/modify the information within the potential header fields.
Make the necessary changes and click the Save button at the bottom when you are finished.
Click the Header & Footer tab to load your personal photo, select the Header template you would like to use and determine the fields you would like to appear within your Header.
Use the Banner Image section to select from a list of stock header templates. There are many different colors/designs to choose from.
If you have already created your own header image that you would like to use, click Upload a custom banner image. This will allow you to find your banner image and load it to Matrix. If you are using your own image, it is recommended to be 120 pixels high and 1200 pixels wide.
If you are using one of Matrix's templates, click Change photo to load your personal photo/logo to your Header.
Use the drop down menus in the Branding section to select the fields/data that will display in your header:
Use the top three drop-down menus to select the personal contact information that will appear in your header. These fields pull directly from the Information tab at the top of the screen.
Note: The last two fields automatically display your company name and phone number. You cannot adjust these two fields (nothing happens if you click their drop-down menus). Your office information must appear in your header to be compliant with Connecticut license law.
Click Save when you're done making changes.
