Agent Rejected (in Hit Counters)

If you are looking at your Hit Counters and wonder what Agent Rejected means...

This occurs when another agent on the MLS has a buyer Contact set up on concierge mode and your property matches the buyer's saved search, but the agent chooses not to send it to the contact.

Matrix will not tell you which agent declined to send your listing on to their Contact.
