Cannot find the photos to load to listing

If you are in the process of uploading photos to a listing but nothing shows up when you browse to the folder where you have saved the photos, it is likely because the photos are not saved as jpg images.

Since Matrix only accepts photos files saves as a jpg, it will only look for jpgs when browsing the hard drive. 

If the images are saved in another format (like png or bmp), they will not appear and thus cannot be loaded.

The images will need to be re-saved as jpgs before they can be uploaded to your listing.
