Please note: Photos submitted may not be removed from the Service, except for (1) replacing photos
to reflect a change in the seasons, (2) reflecting improvements to the home or (3) substituting a higher quality photo of the same image (per Attachment C of the SmartMLS Rules and Regulations).
To replace existing photos on your listing:
Go to the Add/Edit tab and select the desired listing from the drop down menu.
Click Manage Photos.
Select the photo(s) you want to replace by using the small boxes at the top of each photo, then click Delete Checked.
You may now insert your replacement photos.
Click Certify & Save when you're done.
