Widgets on the Matrix home page

The Matrix home page is quite flexible, allowing you to easily add, remove or even rearrange the layout of the widgets to best suit your preferences.

Every widget, with the exception of News & Alerts in the top left corner, can be minimized or deleted by moving your mouse cursor to its top right corner and clicking one of the icons:

• Click to minimize the widget. The title bar remains on the home page, but all of the information within the widget is hidden.
  
  
• Click to remove the widget from the home page completely. It will move to the Additional widget and can be resurrected on the home page at any point.

Note: Since the widgets can be moved around, the placement of your Additional widget may be different than the image in this article. You'll have to search all three columns on the Matrix home page to find it.

If there is a widget that has ended up in the Additional widget and needs to be dragged back onto the home page, put your mouse cursor over it (the cursor will turn into a four headed arrow and the widget item will get outlined with a dotted line), hold down the left mouse button, drag it to an empty spot on the home page and release it:

It will lock into place and once again allow you to use it properly.

The majority of the widgets can also be rearranged via drag and drop. Just place your mouse cursor in the dark blue title bar across its top until it turns into a four-headed arrow  . Hold down your left mouse button to grab it, then drag it to the desired spot and release the mouse button. The widget should snap into place. All widgets that are beneath it will shift down.
