Average Days on Market (for a group of listings)

After you perform your search, view the results in the Single Line display, select all of the results and click on the Quick CMA button in the Actions bar at the bottom of the screen:

Scroll down the PDF and look for the Grand Totals area at the bottom of the report- that will give you a bunch of statistics based on the listings, including the average Days on Market:
