Listing missing from auto email

When trying to ascertain why a specific listing is not in the results of a search/auto email, the best way to proceed is to open the appropriate property type search and then enter the list number in question.

Then, one by one, add the search's criteria, checking the number of matches after each one you add.  

When you get 0 matches, you have found the field/criteria that is causing the problem.
