List to sales price ratio

To generate a report that shows list to sales price ratio for Closed listings, go to the Stats menu in Matrix. 

On the Presets tab (in the upper left) select Sale Price / List Price Ratios. 

Enter your criteria and click the Generate button.  Remember- since this statistic includes sales price, make sure that you choose Closed as the status.  If you use other statuses, you will not get any results.

You can use the Chart and Data tabs in the upper right to change how you view the results.

The Chart tab will plot the results on a chart:

The Data tab will give you the actual percentage, broken down by Year and Month:

You can use the Customize tab to change how the results are grouped:

The Customize tab also allows you to set a specific time frame and add additional statistics to your report.
