Permanently delete Discarded listings

If a Contact has gone into their Portal and marked a listing as a Discard, the listing will no longer show in their Portal.  However, it will continue to show for the agent when he/she goes into that Contact's portal view.  There is no way for the agent to completely delete that listing so they do not see it either.
