Reactivate an inactive Contact

Go to My Matrix> Contacts. 

At the bottom of the page you will see a row of grey buttons- click the one that says Show Inactive.  

Put a check in the box next to the contact you would like to reactivate and click the Set Active button. 

It may take a few minutes for the contact’s Portal to reactivate.
