1. The quickest way to see the price per square foot calculation for listings is to use the Quick CMA button.
After you perform your search and select the desired listings, click Quick CMA in the Actions bar at the bottom of the screen (the same bar with the Print and Email buttons).
Not only does this show the price per square foot, but it also shows other statistics for the selected listings, such as averages and medians for sqft, acreage, CDOM and Original and Current List Prices.
2. The CMA 1-Line report also displays many of these stats, including the price per square foot. This report is accessible after you select the desired listings and click Print- it is in the PDF section, at the bottom of the list of displays/reports:
*** The price per square foot calculation in all CMA reports uses the Above Grade Square Feet field. If a list agent has entered data in the Heated Below Grade Square Feet field during input, that is part of the Total Square Feet of the property and will not be factored into the price per square foot calculation available in the CMA, Quick CMA and Stats reports ***
3. Additionally, you can customize the Single Line display and add several different ratio fields:
- list price per square foot (based on the original list price)
- current price per square foot (based on the listing's current price)
- closed price per square foot (based on closed properties)
The orange highlighted fields are based on the listing's Total square feet. If the list agent has entered data in the Heated Below Grade Square Feet field (in addition to the Heated Above Grade Square Feet field) during input, that is part of the Total Square Feet of the property and will be factored into the price per square foot calculation.
The pink highlighted fields are based on the listing's Above Grade square feet.
