Addendum Remarks

The Public Remarks (Addendum) is a 2400 character field on the Remarks tab in Add/Edit.
It is used as a supplementary field to the Public Remarks, whose capacity is just 1500 characters.
It only appears on the Agent and Client Full displays.
It will only appear when the listing is saved as Active. When the listing is INC, the Addendum will not appear on the listing (when you pull it up through My Listings or the Speed Bar), but it will show up when you do a print preview with all roll outs open.
It is a roll-out that appears beneath the Public Remarks field- the user has to click on the drop down arrow to open up the field.

The only way to print it would be to print the listing in the Agent Full display and make sure there is a check in the Print with roll-outs (if any) open check box.

The only way to email it would be to use the Additional link in the Display field on the Email screen to add the Agent Full display to your email:

The field is included in syndication feeds to IDX sites, Realtor.com, etc. It is up to the individual sites as to whether they display the information. Some sites do, others choose to not.
