Search for Adult Community (55+)

If you are on a Residential (SF & CO) or Cross Property search screen, scroll down the left hand column and you will come across the General Property Information field (it is two lines down from the grey Open House/Broker Tour section):

Use the check box to select Adult Community 55 from the list.

This will narrow your search results to only those listings where the list agent specified that the property is part of an Adult/55 and older community.

You can also try doing a keyword search in the Remarks section for adult, 55, 55+, older, etc.  There may be instances where the list agent neglected to select Adult Community 55 from the General Property Information field but makes mention of it in the Remarks section.
