When you are on the Discover page within Remine, one of the layers you can use to narrow down properties is the Cash Buyers layer:
It shows properties that Remine has identified as being purchased without financing. The logic they use to identify those properties as being bought with cash is as follows: if they don't pick up a mortgage in the 48 hours before or after the transaction time, they mark it as cash bought.
There can certainly be exceptions to this logic, where they pull financing outside of that 96-hour window, but it is a good way to quickly identify cash buyers on a large scale.
