Agent updated their phone number but it is not showing on their listing

Sometimes, even after you go through the process of updating your cell phone number and/or preferred phone number in the Member Dashboard, it still does not update on your listings.  In these instances, all you have to do is go to Add/Edit, select the desired listing, go to the Contract tab and click the refresh link next to your name.


This will force Matrix to use the number that you have selected as your preferred phone number.
