Virtual staging allows you to digitally enhance/alter photos of a property to show prospective buyers what it could potentially look like.
You are allowed to add/modify furniture and design elements, such as:
- rearrange/move furniture
- add virtual furniture/decor to empty rooms
- add curtains to windows
When you are virtually staging a property, you need to be careful not to misrepresent the house, yard or surroundings. You are not allowed to:
- move walls
- add/remove windows
- virtually upgrade existing kitchen counter tops
- add/move fixtures
- remove permanent structures (high power lines, water tower, etc.)
- hide/cover up flaws (cracked or water stained ceiling/walls, etc.)
