Virtual staging of a property

Virtual staging allows you to digitally enhance/alter photos of a property to show prospective buyers what it could potentially look like.

You are allowed to add/modify furniture and design elements, such as:

• rearrange/move furniture
• add virtual furniture/decor to empty rooms
• add curtains to windows

When you are virtually staging a property, you need to be careful not to misrepresent the house, yard or surroundings.  You are not allowed to:

• move walls
• add/remove windows
• virtually upgrade existing kitchen counter tops
• add/move fixtures
• remove permanent structures (high power lines, water tower, etc.)
• hide/cover up flaws (cracked or water stained ceiling/walls, etc.)
