Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds

You have the ability to create a Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds sheet for a Matrix contact by going to Finance> Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds:

This report allows you to give your seller an estimate of the amount of money they could receive from the sale of their property based on many factors such as sales price, their existing mortgage, government expenses, lending costs and Broker's fees.

To access an existing Net Proceeds report, go to My Matrix> Contacts, select the desired seller from your list of contacts and expand the Netsheets section:

Click the name of the netsheet and click Open Netsheet to view, print or email the report:
