Logging into SmartMLS brings you right into Matrix (not the Member Dashboard)

When you go to www.smartmls.com and enter your user name and password, it should bring you directly into the Member Dashboard:

If it bypasses the Member Dashboard and brings you directly into Matrix, it is likely because you did not log out of Matrix correctly the last time you were in.  You must use the logout button in the top right corner of Matrix whenever you finished with your Matrix session:

If you just click on the red X in the upper right to close the entire browser window, you are not properly ending your Matrix session- this could lead you to get stuck in a loop that prevents you from accessing the Member Dashboard (and any other SmartMLS products and services).
