If you have started your listing from a Matrix parcel ID and then realize that it is an incorrect parcel ID, all of the fields that filled in from the original tax record will not automatically update when you switch to the correct parcel ID.
You will have to manually go through the listing and check all of the fields to make sure the information is accurate.
- address information (street name, number, type, zip code, etc.)
- tax information (tax amount, assessment, mil rate, tax year)
- year built
- style, roof, siding, garages
- estimated above grade square feet
- # of rooms, beds, baths
- acreage, zoning
This list is not exhaustive- there may be other fields that have filled from the tax record (parcel ID). It is your responsibility to make sure all of the fields on the listing are filled in accurately.
