How long do header changes take to go into effect?

If you have made changes to your Matrix header, it will take up to 30 minutes for those changes to propagate to the live Matrix system.

This includes:

• adjusting the personal information fields that are being used
• changing the header package
• changing the font color
• changing footer information
• updating the agent photo
