Searching for listings with specific room types

If you are searching for properties that have specific types of rooms (Media Room, Sun Room, etc.), there is a field on the right side of the search screen that allows you to do so:

The list of available room types will display once you click on one of the drop down arrows:

Note: this is an all field- if you select more than one room type, the only listings that will come up as matches are those that have all of the rooms you have selected.
