Lis Pendens search in Matrix

You can search for properties with recently filed lis pendens by going into the Tax search and entering a date range in the Lis Pendens Filing Date field:

Please note that, due to our update cycle, changes to our tax data are made a minimum of 10-15 days after the change has been made at the town level.
