Split deed

When a property is sold on a split deed, there are multiple deeds recorded.  Each deed is a partial interest in the property.  We do not combine sale amounts when partial interest deeds are recorded for a property.  Because we display the deeds in the order in which they are recorded, we show the most recent deed recorded for that property.
