Actions bar is missing (no print, email buttons)

There is an Actions bar at the bottom of all Matrix online displays that allows you to print, email, export, etc. the results of your search:

If you are viewing a display and the Actions bar is missing (you do not see any of the options at the bottom of the screen), it is likely that the zoom level of your web browser is set too small/large.  Generally, websites prefer that your browser is set to 100% zoom level.

*** This seems to only affect earlier versions of Windows, generally 8 or 8.1. ***

To change your browser's zoom level, hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and hit the + sign to make it bigger or the - to make it smaller.  It will also work if you scroll forward or backward with the wheel on your mouse while holding Ctrl .  Getting the zoom level back to 100% should allow the Actions bar to reappear at the bottom of the Matrix display.
