Matrix won't open (on Apple devices)

If you are using an Apple device and are able to go to www.smartmls.com and log in, but nothing happens when you click on any of the tiles on the Member Dashboard (Matrix, for instance), it could be because you have not installed the most recent iOS update that is available for your device.  Most websites, including Matrix, run best when your operating system and web browser are not outdated.  If you are trying to access from an older/out-of-date OS or browser, you will run into issues such as error messages, blank pages or pages that fail to load or function correctly.

In this instance, you need t go to Settings> General> Software Update and download and install any outstanding updates.  Once that has been completed, you should be able to access Matrix successfully.

You may have to reboot your device when the update(s) finishes.  It also would be a good idea to clear the browser's cache as well. Here are instructions for clearing cache on a Mac. Here are instructions for clearing the cache on an ipad.
