A Live Stream Open House is a scheduled, live event that is hosted by the list agent and coordinated through a live streaming app, such as Zoom or Facebook Live.  The list agent sets the date and time, as well as the live stream mechanism, and then conveys the access information through new fields that have been added to Matrix.  Once the access information (including the URL and directions for joining) is added to the listing, it will then propagate downstream to Homesnap and major consumer portals (Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com), dramatically increasing the potential audience for the event.  When the date and time of the event have passed, the virtual open house link will be removed from the listing.

Enter the event in the Tour/Open House input form in Matrix.  Select Live Stream Open House in the Open House Type field.  Carefully enter the URL (web address) of the event in the specified field, then add the access information in the Open House Description field.  This information will then be syndicated to the major 3^rd party consumer portals, allowing potential buyers to attend the live event from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
