Room Dimensions

When viewing the rooms table on a listing, many list agents will also include the approximate size/dimensions of the rooms.

These figures are displayed in feet and inches. For example, if you see a dimension that is 17 x 10.5, the 10.5 represents 10 feet and 5 inches (not 10 1/2 feet).

Note: room dimensions are not required when entering a listing, so you will see listings that do not have any room dimensions at all. Also, please keep in mind that, in many cases, the dimensions you see are approximate. Sizes may vary a little bit based on how the measurements were taken.
