If you would like to know who made a status change on your listing, just go to the Property History tab on the Agent Full display:
The Modified By column (on the far right) displays the agent ID of the user who made the change. This could be your ID or that of your office admin, manager or Broker.
In some instances, it could also be the ID of a SmartMLS staff member (if we had to make a change on your listing).
Clicking on the agent ID will display detailed information on the user who made the change.
If you see MatrixSystem in the Modified By column, that means the change was done automatically by Matrix during nightly maintenance. This happens in the following instances:
- Listing has expired.
- Listing was in Under Contract-Continue to Show for 60 days and automatically got moved to Under Contract.
- Coming Soon moved to Active on its Expected Active Date.
