Yearly Market Comparison Report

There is a new report in Matrix's Market Reports section- the Yearly Market Comparison.  This report makes it quick and easy to see a side-by-side comparison of key market statistics between any two years (starting in 2001).  You can use this report to compare the number, dollar volume and median list (or sales) price of both new and sold listings in your selected years.

When entering the two years you will be comparing, Year 1 is the baseline and Year 2 is the year you will be comparing it to.

Note: if you have chosen the current year as one of your selections, the Total lines at the bottom of the report's two sections will differ than the YTD Total because the current year is not complete yet.
