Download supplements on iPad (using Safari)

If you are accessing Matrix from an iPad using the Safari browser and would like to download a copy of a supplement from another agent's listing (so you can email it), please follow these steps:

Once you have the supplement open, tap the icon in the upper right of the screen that looks like a box with an arrow pointing out of its top, then tap Save to Files:

Tap the default GetMedia file name and rename it accordingly.  Tap Done when you've given the file a new name:

Make sure On My iPad is selected, and tap Save in the upper right:

To access the file, tap the Files folder icon:

Navigate to On My iPad and select the file:

Tap the icon in the upper right corner (it looks like a box with an arrow pointing out of its top) and then tap the Mail icon to email the document:
