When you email listings to a Matrix Contact, they have the ability to mark them with three different levels of interest:
- Favorite
- Possibility
- Discard
When viewing listings in the Client Single Line display, there are three icons on the far left of each listing:
Clicking the heart icon marks the listing as a
Favorite
.
Clicking the light bulb marks the listing as a
Possibility
.
Clicking the recycle bin marks the listing as a
Discard
.
The Client Single Line is the only Portal display that provides access to all three icons.
All other Portal displays only give the Contact the option to mark a listing as a Favorite.
If the Contact is viewing a listing in any display other than the Single Line and would like to mark it as a Possibility or Discard, they will need to switch to the Single Line in order to do so. Click here for instructions on switching between the different views within the Matrix Portal.
As their agent, you can keep tabs on any listings in which they show a level of interest (or lack thereof) by going to My Matrix> Contacts :
