Portal Notes (from the client's perspective)

The Notes feature is a quick and easy way for you and your clients to have a conversation about a specific listing directly through the Matrix Portal.  If your client has a question about a listing you have emailed them, they can quickly send you a Note (you can choose how you would like to be notified about Portal Notes, by going through the Portal Notifications settings section).

There are no such settings on the client's end, but it is still very easy for them to see if they have any new Notes.

Once they have opened up their Matrix Portal, they will see the Messages section in the top left corner:


Once they click Messages , they can then click the Property Notes tab to see any new notes, as well as review all previous notes in the conversation.
