If you want to see all of the Closed listings an agent has been associated with, go to Search> Cross Property Search. A Cross Property search will allow your results to include multiple/all property types, but you can certainly follow these instructions just for a specific property type (SF, for instance) if desired.
Go to the Status field, remove the check in Active, put a check in Closed and remove the date range in the field to the right of the Closed field:
Scroll down to the bottom of the search screen and enter the agent's MLS ID in the Agent (ID)s field:
This will show all Closed listings (for sale and for rent) the agent was associated with, regardless of which side of the transaction they were on.
If you would like a deeper analysis of an agent's production, you can also run an Agent Inventory and Production report. The Agent Inventory and Production report is a great tool to help gauge how you (or another agent) has done over a given time period.
Click Market Reports in the main menu bar of Matrix and you will see the following options:
After clicking Agent Inventory and Production, the search screen will open:
The time frame will default to year-to-date for the current year. You can keep it at the default or set up whatever time frame you would like.
Typically, the only other fields to be concerned with are the Agent ID field and the First and/or Last Name fields (especially if you are looking up an agent other than yourself), although you may certainly use any of the other fields to narrow your search.
If you are running the report for a different agent, you can use the lookup icon right next to the Agent ID field to search for that agent's MLS ID:
Note: if you are going to use the name fields, you must enter them exactly as they appear within the Matrix agent roster. If you do not, you will not get any results when you generate the report.
After you enter your criteria, click the Generate Report button. The report generates as a PDF:
Total Sold / Entire MLS shows the total number of sales recorded on the MLS during the time period.
Listed / Sold- The specified agent represented both sides of the sale.
Listed / In-house Sold- The specified agent listed the property and another agent in their office represented the buyer.

The next section of the report will display a single line list of all of the listings in each of the five sections.
