Set up alerts/notifications for a specific listing

If there is a specific property that you want you keep tabs on and receive notifications when it changes status, you can set up an auto email to yourself for that one list number. 

When you are setting up the search, make sure to leave all the statuses blank- that way you will get an email whenever it changes to a different status.

Unfortunately, there is no other automated mechanism in Matrix that allows you to receive notifications throughout the lifespan of a listing.
