Copy a Matrix CMA

In some situations, it might be nice to be able to have multiple copies/versions of a CMA. For instance, some users like to produce a CMA for a property as it currently is, and then create additional CMAs for that same property with different upgrade scenarios (renovations, add another bedroom/bathroom, add home automation, etc.). Other users like to do multiple CMAs using different comps or adjustments.

You're in luck! Matrix provides functionality to suit this need.

When you are viewing your CMAs ( My Matrix> My CMAs ), just use the check box to select the desired CMA and click the Copy the selected CMA button:

It creates a second version of the selected CMA:

You may now go into this copy and make any changes you'd like. It will not impact your original CMA.
